A member of the O’Gorman & Partners team since February 2006, James jumped at the opportunity of joining the agency, attracted to the idea of working for the area’s most successful independent real estate agency.
Being a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer, Justice of the Peace and having completed a Property Economics Degree in Valuation through the University of Technology Sydney, James is highly qualified in his profession. A highly respected and top performer of the O'Gorman & Partners team, James has an honest approach and is the consummate professional. Extremely passionate and knowledgable, it's not unusual for James to deliver results which exceed even the most optimistic seller's expectations.
He does this by making sure all the appropriate algorithms are in place; pricing the property based on thorough research, making sure the most suitable method of sale is chosen, marketing the property to both local and overseas buyers, and ensuring that the presentation of the property is perfect.
A former student at St Joseph’s College in Hunters Hill, James naturally enjoys playing rugby and is actively involved in the Mosman Rugby Club. In his spare time James is a keen sailor for the Manly Skiff Club and has won the Australian 16ft Skiff Championships in 2008 and 2009 and is also 2010 NSW champion.
